14-day withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract for a continuous digital service within 14 days of concluding it, subject to applicable law. To make the result predictable, Prototir offers the same operational 14-day window to every self-serve Pro or Team subscriber, including business purchasers: exercise it in time and the initial subscription transaction is refunded in full. This contractual promise does not reduce any longer or additional mandatory right.
The window begins when the subscription is successfully created. It applies to monthly and annual plans. The deadline and remaining days are shown on Plans & pricing for the personal subscriber or Team owner.
What happens when you withdraw
- The subscription is canceled immediately and will not renew.
- Paid features end immediately; for Team, this affects the whole workspace.
- The initial subscription payment is submitted for a full refund through Stripe and Link, including transaction tax handled by the merchant of record where applicable.
- The refund returns to the original payment method. Bank or payment-network processing time may continue after the refund is submitted.
How to exercise it
- Sign in with the account that bought Pro, or the owner account for Team.
- Open Plans & pricing.
- Review the deadline, confirm immediate loss of paid access, and choose withdrawal.
If self-service is unavailable, contact prototir@experir.com before the deadline or contact Link transaction support. Include the purchasing email, plan, order or receipt reference if available, purchase date, and an unambiguous statement that you withdraw. Do not send card details.
Model withdrawal notice
To: Experir di Evandro Beqaj, Via Trieste 721, 21042 Caronno Pertusella, prototir@experir.com
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my Prototir subscription contract. Purchasing email: [EMAIL]. Plan: [PRO OR TEAM]. Contract date: [DATE]. Order or receipt reference, if available: [REFERENCE]. Name: [NAME]. Date of notice: [DATE].
After 14 days and faulty service
After the withdrawal window, you can stop future renewal through Link order management. Ordinary cancellation normally preserves paid access until the period ends and does not automatically refund the period already purchased. This is separate from rights concerning a service that is not provided, is materially defective, or does not conform to the contract. Contact us and Link support so the appropriate remedy can be assessed.
