Operator and points of contact
Experir di Evandro Beqaj, Via Trieste 721, 21042 Caronno Pertusella, Italy, operates Prototir. The single electronic point of contact for recipients of the service is prototir@experir.com. The point of contact for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is the same address with the subject “DSA authority communication”. Communications are accepted in English or Italian. These channels are monitored by a person and do not rely solely on automation.
Notifying illegal or rights-infringing content
Use the in-product Report control for ordinary community issues. For a notice intended to trigger formal illegal-content review, email prototir@experir.com and include the exact URL, a sufficiently explained legal or factual basis, your name and email unless a protected exception applies, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete. Copyright notices can follow the more specific copyright process. Notices are assessed on their substance, not their label.
Moderation and statements of reasons
Prototir may restrict a comment, prototype, account, or feature under the Terms or applicable law. When a human moderator imposes a restriction through the moderation system, the affected account receives an in-product notice identifying the outcome, reported basis, moderator explanation, whether the decision was human, and the available review route. Automated content-safety tools can flag or reject material during publishing; a creator may request human review. We do not disclose information that would defeat security controls, expose another person, or violate law.
Appeals and review
A banned user can use the in-product appeal form. For a removed prototype or comment, or when the in-product form is unavailable, email prototir@experir.com with the decision notice, relevant URL, why the decision should change, and any supporting context. A person not responsible for the original decision reviews the appeal where practicable. We send the result and reasons through the account or supplied contact address.
Where the Digital Services Act applies, eligible recipients may also use a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body and retain their right to seek judicial redress. Prototir will cooperate as required. This route is separate from payment disputes, which Link handles for Managed Payments.
Transparency
Prototir records reports, material moderation actions, their reasons, appeals, and outcomes. We will publish the transparency information required for the service's actual size and legal category. Any micro- or small-enterprise exemption is applied only after its conditions are confirmed; it does not remove the notice-and-action or contact routes described above.
